DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

EliteFans.ai allows users to request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

If you created an account using Facebook Login or any other login method, you may request account and data deletion at any time.

1. How to Delete Your EliteFans.ai Account

You may delete your account directly within the Platform by following these steps:

  • Log into your EliteFans.ai account
  • Go to Privacy and Security
  • Select Delete Account
  • Confirm the deletion request

Once confirmed, your account will enter a secure deletion process.

2. What Happens When Your Data Is Deleted

Upon account deletion, EliteFans.ai will remove or anonymize, as applicable:

  • Your user profile
  • Account information
  • Facebook login data, if used
  • Posts, content, comments, and messages
  • Analytics data tied to your account
  • Support requests associated with your account

 

Important

Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Transaction records
  • Fraud prevention and security logs
  • Chargeback history
  • Tax documentation
  • Compliance and legal records

Payment processors and other third-party service providers may retain transaction history in accordance with their own legal and regulatory obligations. EliteFans.ai does not control third-party data retention practices.

3. Request Data Deletion Without Logging In

If you no longer have access to your account, you may submit a manual deletion request.

Include:

  • The email address or Facebook ID linked to your account
  • A statement confirming your deletion request

For your security, identity verification may be required before processing your request.

4. Processing Timeline

Deletion requests are typically processed within:

  • 24–72 hours for standard accounts
  • Up to 7 days during high-volume periods

Once processed, your personal data will be removed from active systems and handled in accordance with our data retention practices.
