ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

By accessing or using EliteFans.ai (“EliteFans,” “the Platform,” or “the Company”), you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. This Policy forms part of your agreement with EliteFans.ai and applies to all users. Violation of this Policy may result in content removal, feature restriction, account suspension, termination, permanent ban, withholding or forfeiture of earnings where permitted by law, and/or referral to appropriate authorities.

1. Eligibility Requirements

EliteFans.ai is available only to users who meet the eligibility requirements stated in the Terms of Use and who are legally permitted to access and use the Platform in their jurisdiction.

Users may not:

  • Access or use the Platform if they do not meet applicable eligibility requirements.

  • Upload, post, transmit, or display content involving any person who has not completed required verification or authorization steps, where applicable.

  • Provide false, misleading, or incomplete registration or verification information.

Violations may result in immediate restriction, suspension, termination, and/or referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.

2. Consent, Authorization, and Participation Requirements

Users may not upload, distribute, livestream, sell access to, or otherwise make content available unless all required rights, permissions, and authorizations have been obtained and maintained.

Users must ensure that:

  • Participation in any content is voluntary and properly authorized.

  • No fraud, coercion, duress, misrepresentation, or undue influence occurred.

  • Written authorization exists for publication, distribution, promotion, and monetization where required.

  • All content complies with applicable laws, rights of publicity, privacy rights, and platform policies.

EliteFans reserves the right to request documentation verifying compliance at any time.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Prohibited Sexual Content and Minor Safety

EliteFans.ai does not permit sexual content, sexually explicit content, pornography, nudity, sexual activity, sexual solicitation, escort services, prostitution-related activity, or adult-content services. Users may not upload, post, stream, sell, request, promote, link to, advertise, or distribute prohibited sexual content or adult-content services through EliteFans.ai.

EliteFans.ai strictly prohibits any content, activity, communication, account, profile, message, media, or transaction involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, abusive, coercive, trafficking-related, grooming-related, or age-inappropriate context.

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on EliteFans.ai:

  • Content or activity that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, exploitative, threatening, or deceptive.

  • Content that promotes, facilitates, coordinates, or encourages violence, harassment, self-harm, illegal activity, or abuse.

  • Content that depicts or promotes serious bodily harm, torture, extreme violence, or dangerous conduct.

  • Content involving trafficking, forced participation, coercion, or exploitation of any person.

  • Content that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.

  • Content that violates the Platform’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or any other applicable policy.

EliteFans retains sole discretion in determining whether content or conduct violates this Policy, subject to applicable law.

4. Impersonation, Manipulated Media, and Deceptive Content

Users may not upload, distribute, or promote content that misleads others about identity, authorization, ownership, or authenticity.

Prohibited activity includes:

  • Impersonating another person, brand, organization, or public figure without authorization.

  • Using AI-generated, edited, or manipulated media in a deceptive manner.

  • Presenting synthetic, staged, altered, or sponsored content in a way that materially misleads users.

  • Using another person’s name, likeness, voice, image, or brand without proper rights or authorization.

5. Abuse, Harassment, and Hate

Users may not engage in abusive, harassing, or discriminatory conduct, including:

  • Harassment, stalking, intimidation, threats, or targeted abuse.

  • Doxxing or unauthorized sharing of personal, private, or confidential data.

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content targeting protected characteristics.

  • Defamation, malicious false statements, or coordinated reputational attacks.

6. Illegal Activity

Users may not use EliteFans.ai to facilitate, promote, engage in, or attempt to engage in illegal activity, including:

  • Trafficking, exploitation, or abuse of any person.

  • Drug distribution or controlled substance sales.

  • Weapons sales or unlawful weapons promotion.

  • Financial fraud, scams, money laundering, or deceptive payment activity.

  • Terrorism, extremist conduct, or organized harmful activity.

  • Any attempt to solicit, coordinate, plan, advertise, or prepare for prohibited illegal activity through the Platform.

Illegal activity or attempted illegal activity may be reported to appropriate authorities.

7. Prohibited Commercial Conduct

Users may not:

  • Sell controlled, regulated, unlawful, counterfeit, or unsafe goods or services.

  • Circumvent platform payment, subscription, safety, or compliance systems.

  • Direct users to off-platform transactions designed to avoid platform safeguards or fees.

  • Represent that EliteFans.ai endorses, sponsors, verifies, or guarantees them unless expressly authorized in writing.

  • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights.

8. Platform Integrity

Users may not:

  • Scrape, copy, download, archive, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform content without authorization.

  • Bypass platform safeguards, access controls, verification systems, rate limits, or security measures.

  • Upload malicious code, malware, spyware, phishing materials, or harmful scripts.

  • Interfere with platform infrastructure, availability, security, or user experience.

  • Create fake accounts, use automated account generation, or manipulate engagement metrics.

  • Circumvent identity verification, account review, content review, or risk controls.

9. Live Streaming Standards and Safety Requirements

Live streaming is subject to enhanced platform safety and compliance requirements. Users who host live broadcasts agree to the standards below.

9.1 Identity and Authorization Requirements

  • All participants appearing in live broadcasts must meet platform eligibility and verification requirements, where applicable.

  • No unverified or unauthorized individual may participate in a live broadcast where verification or authorization is required.

  • Off-camera participation that affects the broadcast must also comply with applicable verification and authorization requirements.

9.2 Real-Time Consent and Authorization

Creators must ensure that:

  • Participation authorization exists before the broadcast begins.

  • Distribution and recording authorization exists where content is recorded, replayed, clipped, or republished.

  • Authorization remains valid during the entire broadcast.

  • Live streaming does not waive platform authorization, safety, or compliance requirements.

9.3 Prohibited Conduct During Live Broadcasts

The following are prohibited during live streams:

  • Violence, threats, harassment, intimidation, abuse, or exploitation.

  • Coercive, deceptive, unsafe, or harmful conduct.

  • Participation by unverified or unauthorized individuals where verification or authorization is required.

  • Escalation into harmful, dangerous, illegal, or policy-violating conduct.

  • Unlawful public conduct or activity that creates safety, privacy, or legal risk.

  • Drug distribution or sale.

  • Weapons displayed or used in a threatening or unsafe manner.

EliteFans may immediately interrupt or terminate any live stream at its discretion.

9.4 Platform Monitoring and Termination Authority

EliteFans reserves the right to:

  • Monitor live broadcasts for compliance and safety purposes.

  • Interrupt or terminate live streams.

  • Suspend accounts during live events.

  • Preserve live recordings for compliance review, safety review, legal defense, or investigation where permitted by law.

9.5 Withdrawal of Authorization During Live Broadcast

If a participant withdraws authorization during a live broadcast:

  • The live broadcast must stop or be modified immediately to remove the participant from the broadcast.

  • Any recording or replay involving the withdrawn participant must not be distributed unless a valid legal basis or authorization exists.

  • The applicable content must be reviewed and removed or restricted upon verified request where required by law or platform policy.

9.6 Recording and Retention

EliteFans may retain recordings of live broadcasts for compliance, moderation, safety, and legal purposes. Retention does not guarantee publication or continued availability.

10. Enforcement

EliteFans reserves the right to:

  • Remove, restrict, or demote content at its discretion.

  • Request documentation verifying rights, permissions, consent, eligibility, or compliance.

  • Suspend, terminate, or permanently ban users.

  • Restrict access to platform features, monetization, live streaming, messaging, or promotional tools.

  • Preserve records for compliance, investigation, legal defense, or law enforcement cooperation where permitted or required by law.

  • Refer matters to appropriate authorities.

EliteFans decisions regarding moderation and enforcement are final, subject to applicable law.

11. Reporting Violations

Violations of this Policy may be reported to:

All reports are reviewed by designated compliance personnel.

12. Platform Discretion, Monitoring, and User Responsibility

12.1 Sole Discretion

EliteFans reserves sole discretion to determine whether content or conduct violates this Acceptable Use Policy. Determinations may be made based on available information, risk indicators, platform integrity concerns, user safety, or legal considerations. Enforcement decisions are final, subject to applicable law.

12.2 No Obligation to Monitor

EliteFans may monitor, review, screen, remove, restrict, or investigate content or activity on the Platform at its discretion. However, EliteFans is not obligated to proactively monitor all content or user activity and does not guarantee that all violations will be detected or prevented.

12.3 User Responsibility for Legal Compliance

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content and conduct comply with:

  • All applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

  • Platform policies.

  • Applicable third-party service requirements where relevant to platform operations.

EliteFans does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that user activity complies with any specific jurisdiction’s laws.

12.4 Content Review and Privacy Expectations

Content uploaded to the Platform may be reviewed by automated systems and authorized personnel for purposes including:

  • Compliance monitoring.

  • Fraud prevention.

  • Safety review.

  • Policy enforcement.

Users should not expect submitted platform content to remain unreviewed where review is necessary for compliance, safety, or legal purposes.

12.5 Risk-Based Restrictions

EliteFans reserves the right to restrict, delay, or condition certain platform features — including live streaming, monetization, messaging, promotion, or creator tools — based on risk-based compliance assessments.
